Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen support position in a similar environment.
• Expert knowledge of DOH standards.
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods.
• AM (7:00 am - 3:30 pm) or PM (6:00 pm – 2:30 am) shifts.
• English and Spanish fluency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Enlightened Hospitality culture and team atmosphere.
• Lead Porter staff, conduct opening/closing duties, and set daily goals.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and uphold DOH standards at all times.
• Ensure guests receive best-in-class service when managers are absent.
• Provide ongoing support to service staff and respond to emergencies as needed.
