• Follow detailed recipes for scratch kitchen.
• Cook food, manage production & presentation of all food on the line.
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect, clean, and maintain food preparation areas.
• Ensure food is stored and cooked at proper temperatures.
• Ensure the freshness and quality of food by tasting.
