Job summary

Curry Up Now is seeking a BOH Line Cook/Prep Cook to ensure guest satisfaction through excellent food quality and preparation. You will work closely with the Manager to meet culinary objectives and contribute to increased sales and managed costs.

The ideal candidate demonstrates culinary excellence and is knowledgeable about food safety procedures. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience cooking in a restaurant kitchen preferred.
• Demonstrated success in culinary excellence and food service hospitality.
• Knowledge of OSHA and EEOC regulations, restaurant/food safety procedures.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall performance of Culinary Operations in the Restaurant.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through excellent food quality, preparation, and presentation.
• Collaborate with the Manager to achieve restaurant objectives.
