About the Role

We’re looking for a dedicated Line Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen and help us deliver high-quality meals made with fresh, flavorful ingredients. You’ll play a key role in food preparation, kitchen organization, and maintaining the high standards our guests expect.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and cook menu items consistently and efficiently
• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times
• Present dishes with care and attention to plating standards
• Assist with opening and closing duties as neededMaintain a clean, organized, and team-oriented kitchen environment

What We’re Looking For

• Previous line cook or kitchen prep experience preferred
• Serve Safe or Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Solid knife skills and understanding of culinary techniques
• Able to work under pressure in a busy kitchen
• Excellent time management and multitasking ability
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
