Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a Team Leader to support senior leadership in daily restaurant operations. You will help run a high-volume shift, foster servant leadership, and coach team members to meet our standards of service and teamwork.

The role emphasizes initiative, urgency, and strong communication to ensure guests have a positive experience and the team stays aligned with our values.

Qualifications

Our Team Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Team Leader's two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Team Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

Team Leader Responsibilities

• Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
• Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
