is seeking to provide students and recent graduates of Boeing Pre-Employment Training (BPET) certified academic courses and Military Occupation Codes with the opportunity to join our 787 production teams working as an Aircraft Assembly Electrical or System Mechanic to support the 787-production system in North Charleston, South Carolina on a variable shift.
Your BPET Endorsement Form will outline the specific roles for which your course or Military Occupation Code qualifies you for a direct offer of employment. Following your application, a Boeing recruiter will reach out to discuss these roles and ensure a smooth transition into your new role.
This role offers an exciting opportunity within a dynamic manufacturing assembly environment. Team members will leverage their prior experience, along with the knowledge gained through foundational training and certifications, to complete daily assigned tasks safely and with quality.
Individuals will be responsible for identifying parts and tooling within their work locations on advanced airplanes by interpreting technical drawings to accurately complete detailed work instructions. Attention to detail and strict compliance with procedures are critical to correctly identify all necessary hand tools, parts, and equipment required to ensure defect-free work. This position is physically demanding, and employment is contingent upon successful completion of foundational training requirements.

This position is exclusively open to students who have completed Boeing Pre-Employment Training (BPET) certified courses.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite.
