Job summary

Boeing Global Services is seeking an EA-18G Modification and Maintenance Manager to support the CVWP on the EA-18G modification line. The role is based on Whidbey Island, WA, and entails leading teams across customer support, logistics, retrofit, repair, and maintenance activities.

The manager will develop project plans, allocate resources, and drive process improvements while building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. Domestic travel is required.

Boeing Global Services is seeking a EA-18G Modification and Maintenance Manager who supports the type wing (CVWP) on the EA-18G modification line. Position is located in Whidbey Island, WA.

Position Responsibilities:

• Manages employees performing customer support, logistics, technical, retrofit, repair, modification and maintenance activities within Product Support.
• Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
• Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):

• Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functionalproject/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course "Exploring Leadership"
• 3+ years of experience planning and scheduling maintenance
• Able to travel domestically

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience with maintenance data systems and readiness reporting tools
• Military aircraft maintenance safe for flight/exceptional release qualification
• Experience with continuous improvement programs (e.g., RCCA, 5S, Lean)
• Understanding of TD/TCTO's

Summary pay range: $121,550 – $164,450
