Job summary

BODYBAR Pilates is seeking a Studio Manager in Marietta, GA to lead membership sales and drive revenue through daily inbound leads and proactive outreach. You will recruit, train, and coach a sales staff to hit targets and maintain a high-energy, guest-focused studio.

This full-time role reports to the Owner, offering a $50,000 base salary plus uncapped commission with top performers earning $70,000–$75,000+.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales with a track record of hitting/exceeding targets (fitness/wellness/membership sales strongly preferred).
• Comfortable with high call volume, CRM tools, and sales automation.
• Passion for fitness; familiarity with Pilates is a plus, not required.

BODYBAR Pilates is seeking a Studio Manager who is, first and foremost, a strong salesperson and sales leader. This role is about driving membership sales — working daily inbound leads from our digital marketing, plus your own outreach — and recruiting, training, and pushing a sales staff that isn't afraid to pick up the phone. Sales experience from boutique fitness, gyms, or other high-volume membership sales environments is highly welcomed — gym manager background is a strong plus.

This is a full-time position reporting to the Owner.

Compensation: $50,000 base salary + uncapped commission on membership sales and retention. Target earnings $70,000–$75,000+ for top performers.

Key Responsibilities

Lead & Drive Membership Sales

• Own the sales process end-to-end: work daily inbound leads from our digital marketing, generate your own leads, make calls, follow up, and convert interest into memberships.
• Recruit, train, and develop a Sales Associate team that is aggressive and consistent on the phones.
• Set and enforce daily/weekly call volume, outreach, and conversion targets for yourself and your team.
• Run confident, high-energy sales conversations in person and by phone — and coach your team to do the same.
• Own and manage sales automations and CRM workflows to keep the pipeline moving and no lead falling through.
• Represent the BODYBAR brand at local events and community activations to generate leads.

Build a Strong Member Experience

• Create a welcoming, high-energy studio environment that supports retention.
• Provide personalized follow-up that turns leads and trial members into long-term members.

Operational & Team Support

• Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, bookings, and member interactions.
• Collaborate with front desk and training staff to keep operations running smoothly.
• Stay sharp on BODYBAR promotions and offerings to sell effectively.
