BODYBAR Pilates is a fast-growing boutique fitness brand delivering BODYBAR workouts across the U.S. We’re seeking an Assistant Studio Manager in Waukee, IA to drive membership growth, oversee daily operations, and inspire a sales-driven team that delivers an exceptional member experience.

You’ll recruit, train, coach, and lead a motivated team, foster local partnerships, and ensure a polished studio environment while hitting monthly revenue goals and retention targets.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience leading teams.
• 3+ years in retail, service, or fitness sales with a track record of meeting targets.
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals and quotas.
• Able to generate leads through events, partnerships, and referrals.
• Excellent communication, both in person and digitally.

Responsibilities

As our Assistant Studio Manager, you’ll lead with passion and purpose to drive membership growth, manage daily operations, and build a high-performing team that delivers an exceptional experience. A proven leader with sales and management experience, a love for wellness, and the ability to inspire others, are key in this role.

• Stay organized behind the scenes by managing administrative systems, inventory, and studio supplies with efficiency and care.
• Champion the BODYBAR experience by engaging with members before and after class, building a community that reflects everything BODYBAR stands for.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience managing and leading teams.
• 3+ years in retail, service, or fitness sales with a strong track record of meeting targets.
• Proven ability to consistently exceed sales goals and quotas.
• Skilled in generating leads through community events, partnerships, and referrals.
• Excellent communication skills, both in-person and digitally.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
