You will perform all-purpose duties to restore vehicles and follow mentor directions while gaining hands-on skills and knowledge of estimates and quality checks.

No prior experience is required, and you will be paid during training with immediate benefits once enrolled in TAP.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for Caliber insurance.
• Nice to have: collision experience or Vo-Tech certification.

Responsibilities

• Repair vehicles to pre-accident condition under mentor guidance.
• Learn training material and hands-on skills.
• Read estimates, identify damage, and perform repairs.
• Check work for quality and accuracy as you progress in TAP.
