Caliber Collision invites applicants to join the Technician Apprentice Program (TAP) – Body Apprentice at the Service Center Austin - South Lamar. Learn to repair vehicles to pre-accident condition under a mentor while gaining hands-on skills and knowledge of estimating and damage identification.

The program offers weekly pay, benefits from day one, a Snap-On tool bag after 90 days, a $1,000 anniversary bonus after 12 months, and potential earnings of $70,000+ per year after graduation.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber's insurance policy.
• Nice to have: Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification

Responsibilities

• Repair vehicles to pre-accident condition using industry-approved techniques.
• Learn training material and hands-on skills under mentor directions.
• Read estimates and identify damage while learning to check work for quality and accuracy.
