Job summary

Caliber Collision in Round Rock, TX is seeking a Technician Apprentice Program (TAP) – Body Apprentice to perform all-purpose duties, repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition using industry-approved techniques under mentor guidance. You will learn to read estimates, identify damage, repair vehicles, and check work for quality and accuracy.

No experience is required; you will be paid weekly and eligible for benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for Caliber’s insurance policy.
• Nice to have: Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification.
• Complete required training and certifications relating to TAP.

Responsibilities

• Repair vehicles to pre-accident condition using industry-approved techniques.
• Learn training materials and hands-on skills under mentor guidance.
• Read estimates, identify damage, repair vehicles, and check work for quality and accuracy.
