Job summary

Kaizen Collision Center in Tempe, AZ is looking for an experienced Auto Body Technician who can produce in a busy, production-focused shop. You should be able to take ownership of repairs and turn hours while maintaining high quality.

We offer a full-time position with a pay range of $25–$30 per hour flag rate. Benefits include medical, dental & vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO & paid holidays, and paid OEM/industry training.

Qualifications

• Professional collision repair experience.
• Structural and non-structural repair skills.
• Strong metal work and panel replacement experience.
• Ability to follow OEM repair procedures.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Quality workmanship with minimal comebacks.
• I-CAR, ASE, and OEM certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform collision repair on vehicles in a busy shop.
• Follow OEM repair procedures to ensure proper alignment and fit.
• Maintain high-quality workmanship while meeting production targets.
• Turn hours by completing repairs efficiently without compromising quality.

We’re not looking for someone who needs to be taught the trade. We want a technician who can step into a busy shop, take ownership of repairs, andturn hours while maintaining quality.

$25–$30 FLAG HOUR

Pay based on experience, certifications, skill, and production ability.

What We Need
