Job summary

The Lake of the Ozarks area collision center in Missouri is seeking an experienced A-Tech to perform high-level body repairs on standard vehicles, RVs, and heavy-duty projects. This full-time, on-site role offers a competitive hourly wage and room for top earners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on collision body technician experience
• 60+ flag hours per week production
• Reliable attendance and pride in workmanship
• DRP experience (Progressive, Geico, State Farm) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform A-level collision repairs on everyday vehicles, with opportunities on RVs and heavy-duty work
• Produce consistent flag hours in a shop with a full backlog
• Work closely with the painter and production team to keep vehicles moving

This well-established, family-owned collision center has served its community for 30 years and just more than doubled its shop to 14 bays. They're looking for an A-level body technician who wants steady hours, a great facility, and owners who treat their people like family.
