Job summary

Kaizen Collision Center in Tempe, AZ is seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician who can produce in a busy shop. You should turn hours while maintaining top quality and take ownership of repairs.

We offer a full-time position with a pay range of $25–$30 per flag hour, paid training, medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO and holidays, plus growth opportunities for skilled Technicians.

Qualifications

• Professional collision repair experience
• Structural and non-structural repair skills
• Strong metal work and panel replacement experience
• Ability to follow OEM repair procedures
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Quality workmanship without unnecessary comebacks
• I-CAR, ASE, and OEM certifications are a plus.

Kaizen Collision Center in Tempe is looking for an experienced Auto Body Technician who can produce.

We’re not looking for someone who needs to be taught the trade. We want a technician who can step into a busy shop, take ownership of repairs, and turn hours while maintaining quality.

You bring the skill. We’ll bring the work.

$25–$30 FLAG HOUR

Pay based on experience, certifications, skill, and production ability.

What We Need

• Professional collision repair experience

• Dependable, production-driven attitude
