Fred Martin Collision Center, a top-rated shop in the Greater Akron area, is seeking a high-level Collision Body Technician who can move metal, diagnose damage, and turn hours into results.

Qualifications

• Collision experience across all makes & models.
• Strong diagnostic ability — not just a parts changer.
• Ability to produce in a flat-rate environment.
• Team player who doesn’t slow the shop down.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Full teardown and accurate damage assessment
• Read and work directly from repair estimates — communicate supplements when needed
• Perform repairs to OEM, I-CAR, and AllData standards
• Frame repair/replacement, welding, and structural work
• Plastic repair and full body work across all makes & models
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and move efficiently

We run abusy shop with consistent work. If you’re tired of slow weeks, poor estimates, or shops that hold you back, this is where you step up.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Full teardown and accurate damage assessment
• Read and work directly from repair estimates — communicate supplements when needed
• Perform repairs toOEM, I-Car, and AllData standards
• Frame repair/replacement, welding, and structural work
• Plastic repair and full body work across all makes & models
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and move efficiently
