Job summary

Baierl Collision Center, part of Lithia & Driveway, is seeking a motivated Collision Repair & Mechanical Technician to join our growing team. This role suits an automotive mechanic with collision repair experience who enjoys a variety of work, including minor body repairs, bumper repair, vehicle teardown/reassembly, and collision-related mechanical repairs.

The successful candidate will report to the Collision Manager, work Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, and participate in our comprehensive Total

Qualifications

• Automotive mechanical experience required.
• Basic body repair knowledge.
• Experience with collision repair and OEM repair procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair small to medium dents.
• Replace bolt-on body components, removing and installing panels, trim, lights, bumpers, and related parts.
• Perform mechanical repairs resulting from collision damage.
• Work independently while maintaining high standards for repair quality.

What You'll Do
