Job summary

Baierl Chevrolet Collision Center is seeking a motivated Collision Repair & Mechanical Technician to join our growing team. This position offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00am to 5:00pm and reports to the Collision Manager.

You will perform dent repair, body panel work, and mechanical repairs resulting from collision damage. The ideal candidate has automotive mechanical experience, basic body repair knowledge, and familiarity with collision repair and OEM procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive mechanical experience.
• Basic body repair knowledge.
• Experience with collision repair, vehicle teardown and reassembly, dent repair, plastic bumper repair, and OEM repair procedures preferred.
• Dependable team player.
• Commitment to delivering safe, high-quality repairs.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Repair small to medium dents (golf ball sized or smaller).
• Replace bolt-on body components, removing and installing panels, trim, lights, bumpers, and related parts.
• Perform mechanical repairs resulting from collision damage.
• You are comfortable working independently while maintaining high standards for repair quality.
