Job summary

Suburban Cadillac of Plymouth is seeking a Body Shop Technician to join a team focused on quality repairs and exceptional customer service. The role offers a flat-rate opportunity with pay based on experience, typically around $80,000+ per year, and a schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with no weekend work.

You will repair vehicles per manufacturer and insurer standards, document work, stay current with techniques, and maintain a safe, organized workspace while delivering

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in vehicle repair.
• GM technician experience preferred.
• Commitment to safety, quality and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs according to company, manufacturer, and insurance standards.
• Follow all safety requirements and track repair time.
• Verify required parts and monitor vehicle progress through the repair process.
• Document repairs performed, test procedures, and results on repair orders.
• Maintain and use required tools, returning special tools after use.
• Use shop supplies responsibly and keep a clean, organized workspace.
• Ensure customer vehicles are returned clean and in good condition.
• Stay current with training on repair techniques and materials.
• Communicate with team members and report safety or operational concerns.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Bring
