Job summary

Bell Ford Collision Center in Phoenix, AZ is seeking experienced Body Shop Technicians to join the Berge Group team. Autobody repairs to pre-accident condition, thorough and safe, with attention to efficiency and accuracy, including complete vehicle disassembly to support estimators.

Candidates should have 2+ years of collision repair experience, be able to perform mechanical and frame work, own tools, hold a valid driver's license, and preferably I-CAR certification.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of related experience as a Collision Repair Technician.
• Must be able to do Mechanical and Framework.
• Be able to produce top quality results and take pride in your work.
• Positive attitude.
• Must have your own tools.
• Driver license required.
• I-Car Certifications in auto body repair would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete dis-assembly of vehicles to assist Estimators in assessing damage and preparing a 100% Repair Plan.
• Ensure all needed repairs identified to eliminate supplements and minimize repair time.
• Assist in identifying and sourcing parts to determine when damaged parts can be repaired for cost and cycle-time savings.
• Know status of assigned vehicles to keep on schedule for on-time delivery.
• Follow all quality control requirements by keeping a safe and organized workplace and using required safety equipment.
• Keep work area organized by returning tools, materials, parts and equipment to designated areas.
• Adhere to all requirements for hazardous waste disposal.

Bell Ford Collision Center (I-17 and Bell Road) needs Body Shop Technicians to join our team.

Autobody Technicians repair vehicles thoroughly, and safely to pre-accident condition, according to the written repair order with efficiency and accuracy.
