Job Description

Assess/analyze damaged areas to prep for paintingVehicle prep includes sanding, taping, priming, blocking, etc.Additional duties may include minor chip repair, key scratch repair, stripping, denibbing, wet sanding and/or buffing and more.

Responsibilities

• Assess/analyze damaged areas to prep for painting
• Additional duties may include minor chip repair, key scratch repair, stripping, denibbing, wet sanding and/or buffing
• Testing and mixing of automotive paint colors
• Apply paint, sealers, fillers and other materials for repair and painting of clients’ vehicles of all makes and models
• Monitor painting to identify flaws, such as blisters or streaks and correct their causes
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work area

Requirements

• Basecoat, clearcoat & 3-stage painting experience is required
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
• Detail oriented with a good work ethic and positive attitude
• Valid driver’s license
• ASE and I-CAR experience is a plus!
