DUTIES:

• Complete 4+ creative repairs daily in the field
• Provide excellent customer service and communication on-site
• Problem-solve in various settings (apartments, hotels, etc.)
• Use IT skills for work order completion, notes, and photos
• Follow the unique 5-step repair process
• Master tools and develop creative solutions for each repair

Ideal candidates have backgrounds in painting, sculpting, drawing, or other visual arts, with strong color-matching skills. Creativity is essential, as each repair involves unique designs, sheens, and materials.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Manual work experience (construction, manufacturing, painting, sculpting, etc.)
• Willingness to learn and improve color matching skills
• Ability to distinguish and replicate colors accurately
