Qualifications

• Minimum of five years' experience in body shop related field.
• Requires previous supervisory experience.
• Excellent management and communication skills.
• CDL preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of body shop operations.
• Strong work ethic and cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and control Body Shop activities to meet growth and profit objectives.
• Develop annual and monthly sales/profit objectives and expense budget.
• Sell body shop labor and write estimates for wrecks.
• Maintain safety and ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain communication within and between departments and build customer relations.
