Job summary

Murphy-Hoffman Company (MHC Kenworth) in Tulsa is seeking an Assistant Body Shop Manager to support the Body Shop Manager in daily operations, ensuring policies are followed and standards are met. You will help plan, organize, lead, and control activities to drive growth and profitability while maintaining high customer service levels.

You will supervise Foremen and Estimator positions, communicate across departments, address customer concerns before vehicles leave the shop, and monitor repair

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory experience in a Body Shop or related field.
• Must possess a positive can-do attitude.
• Must have good leadership skills.
• Must have good communication and customer service skills.
• Must possess a strong work ethic and commitment.
• Must be willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Body Shop Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Ensure policies and objectives are understood and followed.
• Review results and take action to meet department goals.
• Communicate effectively within and between departments.
• Develop and maintain customer relations.
• Supervise Foremen and Estimator positions daily.
• Address customer complaints to resolve issues before delivery.
• Monitor repair orders and close RO's daily.
