Qualifications

• CDL preferred.
• Minimum five years' experience in body shop operations.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Excellent management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations of the Body Shop.
• Set objectives and budgets for the Body Shop.
• Maintain safety and quality standards.
• Sell repair services and write estimates.
• Coordinate with other departments within the branch.
• Develop relationships with customers, adjusters and insurers.
