Responsibilities

• Assist the Body Shop Manager in day-to-day operations of the Body Shop department.
• Plan, organize, lead and control activities to meet growth and profit objectives.
• Evaluate results and performance against objectives.
• Communicate policies and objectives within the department.
• Maintain positive customer relations and identify customer needs.
• Provide daily supervision of Foremen and Estimator positions.
• Address customer complaints so issues are resolved promptly.
• Monitor repair orders and close RO’s
• Coordinate with other branch departments.
