Velocity Vehicle Group is seeking a Body Shop Estimator to provide estimates, manage daily body shop operations, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves issuing purchase orders, approving expenditures, and coordinating with insurance providers to secure benefits for customers.

The ideal candidate will have prior estimating experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining regulatory compliance and high-quality work.

Qualifications

• Proven excellence in customer service and communication.
• Proficiency in computers required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 90% of all estimates to customers.
• Open and close repair orders and generate purchase orders.
• Approve expenditures for the department.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the body shop.
• Provide customer service for the department.
• Approve outsourcing of services and coordinate with insurers.
• Oversee quality of work and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Schedule and assign technician workloads and monitor productivity.
• Support DPF repairs and related body shop tasks.
