Responsibilities

• Estimates must be accurate and completed within 48 hours of contact; verify estimates match insurance appraiser estimates and resolve discrepancies before dispatch.
• Service existing accounts and provide leads for additional business.
• Discuss use and features of various services.
• Visit assigned accounts soliciting maintenance and repair business.
• Verify credit status of all customers before starting any work.
• Coordinate with insurance adjusters and wrecker operations.
• Communicate supplements to customers and insurance companies on the same business day.
• Update customers daily via service link during repairs and secure final photos.
