JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Body Shop Estimator

Job Reports To: Body Shop Manager

Exempt or Non-Exempt: Exempt

Full-Time or Part-Time: Full Time

Job Summary:

Position will be required to complete repair estimates on damaged vehicles. Additionally, seek and develop new business and expand customer base with assigned area.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Complete estimates and settle payments with owners and insurance companies
2. Develop customer base in assigned area and grow dealership revenue
3. Sell and promote all dealership services to potential customers
4. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact in a professional manner with customers and business owners

Minimum Qualifications:

1. High school diploma
2. Valid driver's license
3. 2 years minimum heavy truck experience
4. Background in body shop repairs, truck painting, and paint systems
5. Experience with diagnostics computers
6. Proficient with telephone and Office Suite
7. Familiarity with CDK DMS system

Working Conditions:
