Job summary

Cronin Auto Family of Dealerships is seeking a full-time Body Shop Estimator in Perrysburg, Ohio. This role includes preparing insurance estimates, assisting customers throughout the repair process, and managing follow-ups on repair orders.

Ideal candidates will have knowledge of insurance claims, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Health care and 401(k) match are offered after eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
• Candidates should have a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Estimates for Insurance companies and potential customers.
• Assist customers with the repair process from initial estimate to final delivery.
• Follow up on repair order progress and maintain customer contact.
• Deliver vehicle to customer and close out repair order in the system.

We are looking for a full time, dependable, highly motivated and friendly individual to join our Body Shop team.

The Body Shop Estimator is a customer service representative at the dealership.

Duties include but not limited to:

• Prepare Estimates for Insurance companies and potential customers
• Assist customers with the repair process from the initial estimate to the final delivery.
• Follow up progress of each repair order during the day. Maintain contact with the customer regarding status.
• On completion of work, deliver the vehicle to the customer and close out the repair order in the dealership management system.

The successful Body Shop Estimator will have:

• Knowledge of insurance claims
• Ability to effectively communicate with others verbal and written
• Working estimating knowledge, including systems
• Organization and multi-tasking skills, good time management and the ability to adapt easily to fast-paced environment

Candidates must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening. background checks and have a clean driving record.
