Job summary

Ken Ganley Buick GMC in Strongsville, OH is growing and hiring an Auto Body Shop / Collision Estimator to join our professional collision team. You will inspect damage, prepare estimates, and coordinate with insurance and technicians to deliver top-tier repair service.

We offer competitive pay with first-year income of $65,000–$85,000 and potential to reach $100,000+ annually, plus paid training, 401(k) with match, PTO, and advancement opportunities in a modern facility.

Qualifications

• Prior Collision Estimator or Service Advisor experience required
• Body Shop experience in related industries welcomed
• CDK experience is helpful but not required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and tech-savvy

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicle damage and create detailed repair estimates
• Use estimating software to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Communicate with customers, insurance adjusters, and technicians
• Negotiate and confirm estimates with insurance companies
• Ensure proper documentation for all work and customer records
• Stay updated on industry standards, repair procedures, and safety guidelines
• Provide an excellent customer service experience from start to finish
