Job Summary

We are looking for a full‑time, dependable, highly motivated, friendly individual to join our Body Shop team as a Body Shop Estimator, a customer service representative at the dealership.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates for insurance companies and potential customers.
• Assist customers with the repair process from the initial estimate to the final delivery.
• Follow up on progress of each repair order during the day and maintain contact with the customer regarding status.
• On completion of work, deliver the vehicle to the customer and close out the repair order in the dealership management system.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience.
• Knowledge of insurance claims.
• Ability to effectively communicate with others, both verbal and written.
• Working estimating knowledge, including systems.
• Organization and multitasking skills, good time management and the ability to adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to pass pre‑employment drug screening, background checks and a clean driving record.
