Job summary

CarGuys Inc. in Virginia is seeking a Body Shop Estimator to inspect damaged vehicles and determine the extent of required repairs. You will prepare detailed estimates for labor and parts, and complete insurance forms with recommended repair costs to support claims.

The role requires familiarity with auto body repair processes, collision estimation tools, and insurance procedures. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth and a performance-based compensation structure.

Qualifications

• Experience in estimating auto repairs and determining scope of damage.
• Ability to prepare accurate labor and parts estimates for repairs.
• Familiarity with insurance claim processes and repair cost recommendations.
