Responsibilities

1. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout all phases of the repair process
2. Ensure adherence to company operating procedures
3. Meet or exceed objectives related to CSI, profitability, and cycle time
4. Coach and develop staff, addressing issues promptly to maintain a positive work environment

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with estimating systems and insurance direct repair guidelines
• Leadership skills to motivate and guide staff towards common goals
• I-CAR or ASE Certifications are advantageous
