• Prepare estimates following insurance partner and company guidelines
• Maintain and execute a timely repair schedule
• Communicate supplements to customers and insurance companies promptly
• Ensure vehicles are kept clean to enhance customer satisfaction
• Consult with management on new procedures and equipment
