Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC is North America’s largest Kenworth truck Dealership and Leasing group. We are hiring a Body Journeyman to perform all functions of a fully-qualified heavy-duty truck repair Bodyman under minimal supervision.

You will handle skilled body work and trouble shooting on major problems, and train apprentices in a supportive team environment. Benefits include competitive salary, health, dental, vision and life insurance, paid time off, 401k with employer match, tuition

Qualifications

• CDL preferred.
• Minimum of five years experience in truck body repair or related body repair service.
• Positive can-do attitude.
• Must have the tools required to perform position responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Performs skilled and complicated body work on heavy-duty truck equipment with minimal supervision.
• Performs troubleshooting on major problems.
• Works with and helps train apprentice Bodymen.
• Maintains a neat and orderly working area and proper handling of company tools.
• Advises the Shop Foreman if additional repair work is necessary.
• Maintains favorable relations with customers.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
