• GPA of 3.0 or above; transcript may be requested.
• Ability to perform work onsite at Canton, MS.

Responsibilities

• Support initiatives to improve body dimensional accuracy and vehicle quality.
• Assist with design, development and validation of jigs and fixtures to enhance manufacturing processes.
• Participate in projects to improve technician safety and ergonomic practices.
• Support deployment of new manufacturing technologies and equipment installations.
• Collaborate with engineers and plant personnel to implement continuous improvement opportunities.
