• Review claims for coverage, liability, and reserve adequacy.
• Manage litigation strategy, settlements, and vendor invoices.
• Lead recruiting, training, onboarding, and development of claims talent.
• Monitor performance and productivity within the team.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and company policies.
