Boden Senior Living of Coon Rapids - Caregiver, HHA/CNA

Join our team at Boden Senior Living of Coon Rapids, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, located just outside downtown Coon Rapids, Minnesota. We offer Assisted Living and Memory Care services in a 54-unit apartment-style community, helping seniors Age Magnificently.

Position Details

Shifts Available: Part-time AM and PM shifts (7am-3pm; 3pm-11pm), every other weekend required.

Wages: HHA: $17-$22/hr; CNA: $19-$24/hr.

Responsibilities

• Providing support with personal care services such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, mobility, and other personal needs as per the care plan.
• Engaging residents in meaningful conversations and attentive care.
• Assisting with medication administration.
• Recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating residents with respect and dignity.

Qualifications

• Experience in an assisted living community preferred.
• Interest in healthcare, positive and compassionate attitude.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
