Job summary

Boden Senior Living of Maplewood is seeking a part-time Culinary Assistant/Server to join our dining team on-site in Maplewood, MN. The role focuses on assisting in meal preparation, serving, and maintaining clean dining areas during PM shifts (3pm–7pm).

You should be compassionate, reliable, and able to relate professionally with residents and staff. A high school diploma is preferred, and prior senior living experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.
• Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, residents’ families, and employees.

Responsibilities

• Set up room trays and tables in dining room, serve and bus trays, pour and cover beverages, and assist in preparing and covering food.
• Transport carts to appropriate areas and deliver trays, when applicable.
• Deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately.
• Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes.
• Soak, scrub, scrape and wash soiled dishes.

Shifts Available: Part-Time PMs (3pm-7pm)
Wage:$15.50-$20.50 per hour
