Job summary

Boden Senior Living of Coon Rapids, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a Culinary Assistant/Server for part-time, on-site shifts in Minneapolis, MN. You will assist with food prep, serve and bus trays, and help maintain a warm, resident-focused dining experience.

Shifts include AM 7:30-11:30 and PM 4:00-7:00; wage ranges from $15.50 to $20.50 per hour. Equal opportunity employer; prior senior living experience preferred; must be compassionate and team-oriented.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Boden Senior Living of Coon Rapids is located just outside the heart of downtown Coon Rapids, Minnesota. We help seniorsAge Magnificentlyin our gorgeous 54-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living and Memory Care services. Join our team today!

Shifts Available: Part-Time AMs (7:30am-11:30am) and PMs (4pm-7pm)

Wage: $15.50‑$20.50 per hour

In this position, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, distribution and supply of food and dishes to residents, families, and staff while creating an environment that promotes resident well-being.

Duties Include:

• Set up room trays and tables in dining room, serve and bus trays, pour and cover beverages, andassistin preparing and covering food.
• Transport carts toappropriate areasand deliver trays, when applicable.
• Deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately.
• Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes.
• Soak, scrub, scrapeand washsoiled dishes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent ispreferred.
• Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.
• Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’sfamilies,and employees.
