Qualifications

• Accounting or finance experience at Staff/Senior/Manager level.
• Understanding of month-end close and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems.
• Onsite availability in Boca Raton, FL.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day accounting and finance operations onsite.
• Prepare and review account reconciliations and supporting schedules.
• Assist with month-end close activities and financial reporting.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Assist with operational accounting needs and resolve discrepancies.
• Partner with accounting, finance, and operations stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and documentation.
• At senior levels, take ownership of deliverables and provide guidance to team members.
