Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers entering the store.
• Engage with customers using open‑ended questions.
• Provide product knowledge and suggestive selling.
• Assist customers in selecting products.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Maintain accurate pricing by auditing merchandise.
• Assist with inventory management.
• Ensure the sales floor is organized and clean.
• Support buy‑online‑pick‑up‑in‑store (BOPIS) process.
• Alert management to potential security issues.
• Complete required training and follow SOPs.
• Work a flexible schedule as needed.
