Job summary

MarineMax Brand is seeking a Yard Team Member to keep the yard organized and the showroom professional. You will clean interior and exterior boats and trailers, for both stock and customer units, and assist with boat deliveries as needed.

The role emphasizes maintaining operable equipment, performing routine facility maintenance, and upholding MarineMax safety practices in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects, often more than 50 pounds.
• Stamina to stand and walk for long periods.
• Ability to crawl into tight spaces and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Assist with check-in procedures for new boats delivered to the dealership.
• Operate a hydraulic jack or hoist as needed.
• Perform general maintenance at the facility, including small repairs, lawn maintenance and dock maintenance.
• Safely operate company vehicles, forklifts and equipment, including trailer handling.
• Provide vehicle and equipment maintenance.
• Assist in the delivery of product to customers when needed, including trailer boats.
