Job summary

Ellenco Estágios e Treinamentos is seeking a Service Orders Coordinator to handle customer work order write ups, entry, tracking and follow up. The role maintains workload for technicians, estimates subcontractor work orders, and schedules dockside assistance for repairs and preventative tasks.

The position supports the Service department when the Service manager is unavailable, directs work orders to the parts manager, and moves boats and personnel as needed while updating location in the

Qualifications

• Computer experience preferred.
• Boating experience a must but not required.
• Must be familiar with trailering and moving boats and personal watercraft with a vehicle or tractor.
• Must have valid driver’s/boating license (boating license can be obtained while in training).

Responsibilities

• Greets customers and prepares written work orders per customers instructions.
• Schedules all work orders and relays approximate cost and time of repair to the customer.
• Maintains repair order scheduling from all technicians and provides management with updates.
• Contacts customer regarding additional repairs or costs associated with repairs once customer approval is obtained.
• Communicates with Service Manager regarding all active, closed, and pending work orders.
• Works closely with management to work out workload problems or deviations.
• Assists in overall service operations by answering phones and assisting customers at the sales counter or part needs.
• Performs any duties that are not listed as prescribed by management.
