Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Assembly Technician to build and install boat components on our production line, ensuring integrity with adhesives, fasteners, and wiring harnesses. The role requires handling tools and following written and verbal instructions in a dynamic plant environment.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills and ability to understand instructions.
• Ability to use hand tools, air tools, and cordless drills safely.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Builds and installs locks, hinges, rub rails, carpet, trim, and other components.
• Moves boats through production line with assistance from others.
• Performs maintenance and general housekeeping.
• Installs wiring harnesses.
• All other duties as assigned.
