Skeeter Products Inc. is a leading boat manufacturer known for high-performance Bass Fishing Boats. We seek helpers with production, carpentry, construction or repair experience to join our team and continue delivering world-class boats.

In this role you will perform various assembly tasks on the line, follow drawings, and ensure finished products meet quality standards. This position is on site in Kilgore, TX and requires physical stamina and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in production environments and assembly lines.
• Experience in carpentry, construction or repair work.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Use knives, drills, grinders, staplers, and rivet guns to install parts.
• Follow drawings to assemble wiring kits and wiring systems.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
• Promote and maintain 5S and TVP standards.
• Keep work area clean and safe.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
