Brunswick Corporation’s Freedom Boat Club seeks a Marine Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain boats and engines. You’ll review vessel specs, plan repairs, and communicate with customers about maintenance needs.

Ideal candidates have 12v electrical, rigging, and outboard diagnostics experience, plus fiberglass repair. Expect outdoor work, safety focus, and potential travel within the Northeast region.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of 12v electrical, rigging, and outboard diagnostics.
• Fiberglass repair a plus and boating experience preferred.
• Must pass background and drug screening and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform installs, repairs and maintenance on boats and engines.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using technical expertise.
• Review repair orders and vessel specs to determine scope of work and needed repairs.
• Conduct safety inspections and inform customers of maintenance requirements.
• Assist with occasional onsite/offsite events and promotions as needed.
