Qualifications

• Basic mechanical or technical experience from work, education, or personal projects.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks with accuracy.
• Proven ability to learn in a hands-on, production-driven environment.
• Familiarity with hand tools; bring personal basic-use tools.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems (batteries, charging).
• Follow standardized procedures, technical instructions, and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, winterization, component replacements.
• Support diagnostic, repair, and installation activities across marine systems with growing independence.
• Contribute to daily production by completing service tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Adhere to repair procedures, manuals, and safety protocols.
• Assist with troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.
