Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a reliable Boat Lift Assembler/Fabricator to join the production team. You will measure and cut materials such as aluminum or steel and assemble structural boat lift components using bolts, wrenches, and power tools.

Responsibilities include material prep, bolting, quality checks, blueprint reading, and shop maintenance. Candidates should have 1 year in manufacturing or a similar mechanical role and be able to lift 50+ lbs while

Qualifications

1 year in manufacturing, assembly, metal fabrication, or a similar mechanical role.
Strong knowledge of how to read a tape measure and operate heavy-duty power tools (drills, grinders, impact wrenches).
Ability to frequently lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
Strict adherence to shop safety guidelines and PPE like safety glasses and steel-toed boots.

Responsibilities

Measure, mark, and cut raw materials to exact specifications using saws and grinders.
Position, align, and fasten structural boat lift parts with bolts, nuts, washers, and torque tools to spec.
Inspect cut edges, drilled holes, and bolted connections for integrity and defects.
Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, or work orders to ensure accurate assembly.
Keep the work area clean and maintain shop tools and equipment.
